We guarantee that every item has been checked and functions properly, unless it is an “as is” item.  We do not offer any type of “Satisfaction Guarantee” on any product; therefore, *ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the item is defective (incomplete; lacking a part)*.  Should a problem occur due to a defect you may return the item within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund if there isn’t a replacement in stock.  Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds or exchanges to ensure that the item is defective and not in normal working order.  All returned items found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS).
